Philipp Kadel is an ambitious thoroughbred entrepreneur. Debt collection is in his DNA. With only 24 years he received the licence to lead a debt collection company. Two years later he took over more responsibility for diagonal and created the base for his career with it. In the following years he founded several companies inside of the diagonal group and created stone by stone his vision of a modern and powerful company group. With his ideas he is constantly expanding the portfolio around the value chain of receivables management. His goal is the perfect combination out of family culture with stability, safety and quality, in combination with traditional values and the change to a digital service provider.

He gets his power out of his hobbies like traveling, motorcycling and brewing beer, but his family is his power source no.1. Reliability and open mindedness are two important values in the family and towards the employees.
